...ood attention to thier teams and a particular department and for guest for sure.Salary quite poor,no proper appraisals according to the performance(politics).And if you started to take feedback like this you have to make sure that everysingle feedback should be implimented,if not no worth doing all this.You are working there for guest not for each other,Top management should behave friendly.

Not understanding the concerns which team bringing to top management.Lack of good relation between HOD and a server or any line staff.Keep one thing in mind,You are head of department because there are people working 24*7 under you for guest,be friendly with them.If they are not there you are useless.

I love the fact that i am a part of a team.another plys point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.and i also liked the employment encougement programe in every month ending ..

...ciation emails from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.i m working in tfs last 4 yrs till date i m not appreciate with my salary .

Overall Experience is very good. Very good supportive staff. They support their staff in lockdown by giving their full salary.

Working value is not there. The work done by the associate, Higher department doesn't value their work Even the Managers also.

Everything is perfect.I am happy to be a part of this unfortunately I have to leave this property but in future if I got opportunity to came back I’ll be happy

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. colleagues are very cooperative and helpful. I think this is a great place to start your career.

I don't think so any dislikes are there but yes some policies and people's are there which I personally don't like.
