Only good point so far is timely salary.

1. Poor work-life balance as no limits on working hours (Have to work on weekly-off and during leaves) 2. No focus on skills development and employee's health. 3. Joining process is terrible and frustrating. 4. Poor work environment.

Very transperant incentive policy also Timley paid salary to each employee till bottom line employee.

Employee Can not balance his/her work balance. Once employer joined his/her personal life spent 75% to his work.

Vodafone Idea (and erstwhile Vodafone which I was part of) is a good company to work with and culturally one of the finest companies one can get associated with. Learning is immense (if one is gets the right boss), mutually respectful, open culture and quite a mix of energetic individuals.

Dislikes

Increments were quite ordinary and promotions are scarce. Moreover, with the new banding structure launched in 2019 there was absolute confusion around as Grade and Pay were not in sync in many cases. Hope it's much better now
