As per my experience Do not expect work life balance at all. Only strong hearted and the one who can fight with all the situation can survive. But at last it totally depends on process to process. Strictness towards 3 days / week in office. Limited parking and desks. Tech lounge takes several hours to sort minor issues. 9 hours in office is too much!
