It is a field job which you are required to travel to Village or may be door to door services No promotion is there it is the third party job But due to working in the loan department you can work with private bank after getting experience.

Growth opportunities low, Salary is low compared to other companies and upper management is disgusting as they don’t know anything about the situation at ground level and they don’t even try to know about problems they only pretend to do a lot of work but in reality they just mail each other thats it not even IT TEAM can provide you solutions
