Hr priya yadav and sayli unni are super professional and helpful in all cases , Motilal Oswal is employee oriented they think about employees but TLS think about their incentive hence pressure is there , likewise. People are friendly supportive

Employees often dislike the high work pressure, aggressive sales targets, below-industry-average compensation for some roles, and limited work-life balance. It's purely sales sales sales sales like insurance, tgs , sip , pms , and brokerage pressure is very much , like fno and brokerage is very high , client definitely goes in loss and end up losing hard earned money , that's where I felt i should leave because charging so high brokerage it gets hard to provide service to client and profits too , market is uncertain no guarantee client will trade or not still we employee have immense pressure to work and get business, sometimes TLS also pressure alot , salary when I joined was less , and they hire everyone like freshers with no market experience and no interest in this field in this case the client suffers.

The Peeple, The culture, The leadership visits with free food :), Work satisfaction at least in finance teams, and Occasional ethnic wear :), these all make the Deloitte best. However, I know the culture may vary from team to team, but if you are able to find a good team, you are all sorted.

The hikes are not that good, and last year bonus was also not that great.. Hope this will improve in coming years.

Salary is on time and permanent WFH. Work life balance is good. There are multiple projects for SAP. You will be recognized for your work done. You can upskill by L&D internally with Linkedin and Udemy.

Itnis a good company to work but there is too much politics due to which I had quit the job in this precious time of corona

Salary hike is not there, you have to please your senior's for correcting your salary. I joined max in 2012 at a salry of 2.88 and after 8 years my slaary was 3.88.see the inequality for the employee.
