There is lot of politics But the management helps in our issues. Salary is decent and career growth is good . And job training is also good

sometimes personnel related policies are hidden and will surprise you suddenly. frequent transfers every 3-6 years may happen.

...s depends on your manager. If manager is good then you can avail these benefits. Good salary.

Great global culture but locally it's not the same. No learning/ trainings. New hiring based on FE&I many a times results into inappropriate selection. Growth opportunities are minimal.

...coming worse due to poor ePMS rating system. Job security is another good thing. Compensation and benefits are also good.

I don't like the culture at IOC. There is little appreciation on efforts. There is no transparency in ePMS rating system. It is the one thing that undermines talent of loyal employees. Any type of reservation in promotion should be abolished. Bosses/ management actions are immature/ indecisive and unable to set right example for the future generation. There are very few visionaries in top management and organization is mostly top driven. It is affecting operability, profits and margins.
