Role & responsibilities

The finance trainees will be working on two projects for the first year: in the same or across different businesses.

The projects will cover key aspects like:

• Digitization & Automation.
• Streamlining reporting & system efficiency
• Business Benchmarking Financial & business performance analysis
• Cost Margin Improvement
• Tracking and facilitating smooth running of key strategic business projects.

Criteria:

• Cleared CA Final Group in 1st & 2nd Attempt
• 1st division in B. Com/ M. Com, 12th & 10th
• Mobility across PAN India location
• 60% & above in 10th, 12th & Graduation
• CA/ CMA- 1st or 2nd Attempt
