• Develop innovative ideas and solutions for complex situations, demonstrating proactive contributions and adaptability.
• Handle statutory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting principles and relevant regulations in India.
• Engage in business-relevant challenges in areas such as:
• Business Process Re-engineering
• Financial Analysis and Review
• Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting
• Cash Flow & Fund Flow Management
• Audit, Control & Compliance

12 months Stint Architecture:

• Cross-functional Stints: Gain insights into sales processes and manufacturing operations, an important aspect of FMCG organization.
• Functional Stints: Experience cross-functional roles such as Corporate Finance and Business Finance.
• Executive Assistance to Senior Leadership: Opportunity to work as an Executive Assistant (EA) to an ExCom member of the organization, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making and strategic planning
