Average working environment and culture however teammates are supportive.There is huge cafeteria where we enjoyed meals

Working at medanta medicity you get opportunity to get acquainted with high class machinery, you will learn proper method of documentation, they will provide great opportunity to learn new things, enhance skills, will provide grooming classes too.

There are less chances of getting promotions, job appraisal is less, increments and salary is less in comparison to the quality and quantity of work.

Medanta is a very good institute with good teamwork innovation etc but salary was not up to expectation before ..now no idea about that.i love to be a part this institution

...gement is transparent. There id a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There id a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
