There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary Is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joines

Working at medanta medicity you get opportunity to get acquainted with high class machinery, you will learn proper method of documentation, they will provide great opportunity to learn new things, enhance skills, will provide grooming classes too.

There are less chances of getting promotions, job appraisal is less, increments and salary is less in comparison to the quality and quantity of work.

Medanta is a very good institute with good teamwork innovation etc but salary was not up to expectation before ..now no idea about that.i love to be a part this institution
