My company has good environment for new comers or fresher, which in a good salary package and also only 24 days working in a month so overall good for everyone

Night shift , and on festival day we have to working so I think it is some negative think in our company.

Salary in time, work pressure zero, leaves & Overtime dutys not allowed , Unofficial activities not allowed.

Dislikes

No early permission/half day permissions, low increments, descision making not quickly from HOD's, Hods do not follow safety, and main thing is there is a lot of pride in being an glochem employees including HOD's, more politics

As I know much more than my job profile and my work and salary is very low, same with approx 60 percent employees here, so I will say skill growing and salary is low points in Exl.

Alot of politics , favouritism, after good stack ranking no appresal, Management and last but not the least stupid people with no knowledge are getting hike and good people with skills and knowledge regarding job are leaving the company. Tp is really a reputed company with such a good process but due to the politics the people this process gunna shut down one day .. and it's gunna lead a huge impact in employee.

Main thing is concerned about salary. Managers are not enquired ground level report. who is the hard work and best . Managers are not recognise. Someone said to the manager that's do him like, that's not correct . Production people how much hard working known to all the department but production people's not satisfied in salary matters. That is concerned about salary
