As I know much more than my job profile and my work and salary is very low, same with approx 60 percent employees here, so I will say skill growing and salary is low points in Exl.

No heaters are provided to our work spaces. Winter is at peak, even it's raining. Workspaces required seperate heaters.

SAP, Finance, Master Team, & distribution teams has lots of unidentified process. Which takes lots of time and no helpful team to support.
