Salary structure not good improve There is a need to do this because if one is giving his time to the same company then one should think about it for a good employment.

Correct date salary and all type of incentives will be providing. All type of campaigns are conducting regarding business as well as employees encouragement.

The staff was very good, specially the CLM (Umesh Jadhav). The CLM was vert supporting and was always available for me. The training was also effective as I learned new things and also came to know about the market. Policies was also good and the returns were also high to the customer. I just want to say the overall experience was superb.

There were salary issues. Still some of my PAID LEAVES are not paid in my last salary.

The working culture and opportunity to earn more in less time other than salary is really amazing.
