...l as mentally. I don't think such help and protection will get in other company. In pandemic bussiness got hampered but instead of that employee got salary with incentive . Job security also there but ok ok. Huge scope of career growth and opportunity for all groups of people from low to high management .u will get recognition in terms of promotion salary hike if you do your job well. Such recognition not generally see in other company

Union in operator field which affect productivity and bussiness loss

It's system is very strong and being mnc lots of learning opportunities are there.

Salary is not increasing as per market. No promotions. Need to work in less manpower.
