Even though the company has good policies for its employees, but when it comes to salary and increments, it is very unsatisfactory.

Employees working hard for the betterment of the organisation does not get their due. Office politics, favouritism, etc. are some of the examples of its detoriating culture.

Promotions and appraisals, not set salary structure for new comers and old employees

they give us online learning tasks for self developement and improving skills,before lockdown company give us training on behalf of COVID-19 and company have developed atmosphere and awareness for the employees about this pendemic, In working culture the company provides us motivation,guidence through higher authorized persons,we are free to develope our ideas and establish it with the guidance of seniors.

%increase in sallery is low as new employees we see in our down level comes with higher or equal package , also they are giving less responcibility as compared to old employees and given higher packages

...Environment and culture. Teammate are Supportive and management is transparent . company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
