The Peeple, The culture, The leadership visits with free food :), Work satisfaction at least in finance teams, and Occasional ethnic wear :), these all make the Deloitte best. However, I know the culture may vary from team to team, but if you are able to find a good team, you are all sorted.

The hikes are not that good, and last year bonus was also not that great.. Hope this will improve in coming years.

Internal politics, Company depends on senior managers no respect for youngsters and senior managers are playing with their careers also if anyone is close to manager he will get promoted without knowing the product knowledge. Hr is only listening senior managers if any employee will go to him they will their managers and nothing happened, no action taken against higher authorities. Hr policy is very bad .

HR Policies are not good. When you left company without serving full notice period you have to pay back to the company gross salary not basic.

The employee culture is excellent. The company encourages good work-life balance not at the cost of below average salary. The pay scale is good for people with significant CPG experience.

The company is highly leadership driven with less focus on employees at the associate or mid-senior level. Also, the employee's roles and skillsets aren't correctly mapped. This can be discomforting to many people and might affect their career goals.

... to work. Challenging projects to keep you motivate to work. Appraisal are good. Salary hikes are normal as per performance. 5days working will allow some work life balance.
