... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

... You will get good colleagues. Job security is not an issue if you perform well. Salary is credited on time and annual bonus is decent.

Dislikes

Too much calling on landline phone. High targets which can be stressful. Difficult to achieve proper work life balance. I would work on Saturday's too.

...any and Mr Murarka (Chairman) is very good. Work life is comparatively balanced. Pay decent salary.

Internal polictics are very high among employees.

I joined as a fresher and I liked the training part the most. Work life balance is there most of the times. Work ethics and culture is amazing

Appraisal is very less, Salary is decent but I feel growth is slow. Rest I dont have anything as of now.
