While virtual training can be effective for technical skills, it may not be as beneficial for developing soft skills - Due to aggressive competition, speed often takes precedence over quality. This leads to unreasonable contractual terms and a disconnect between promised deliverables and actual results

Infosys over all is wonderful organisation just salary and perks which seems not as per actual standard but overall its nice place to work.
