Their is lot of salary difference among Indian doctors and foreign graduates..work load is same for both . foreign graduates work is far better than Indian graduates 1) Sisters they don’t even respect their duty doctors in all floors 2)they are very rude at duty doctors no one cares

Good pay. Good work life balance. Most of the consultants are good to juniors. All the staff are good and helpful except a few.

Dislikes

In the branch I worked. No job security. The management removes your job whenever they want. The management would remove good consultants from their jobs without any reason. There used to be a lot of politics in this branch.

Good corporate culture,pt.centric activities, excellent pt.care.

Dislikes

Poor appraisal,high attrition rate.you are required to play multiple roles.Lower than industry average salary.poorly equipped canteen.

People around are good which creates good work environment. Great cafes for chilling and a best mocha.

Dislikes

Salary deductions and increment is issue here.
