There is no Work time culture morning 7 Am to night 9PM Work culture.we forgot our family and personal life even some sunday

Salary is never delayed, even during covid there were no cutbacks at manager levels. Support from medical team is fantastic and facilities in the office are excellent. Extremely helpful hr team when it comes to any queries or issues with anything concerning hr like payslips or mediclaim or tax saving options

Dislikes

High amount of deduction in CTC as compared to other companies, working hours while flexible are still quite demanding. Appraisal percentage per annum is not in line with inflation and affects employees who intend to stay for a long time. Timely appraisal every year would go a long way in assuring employees about concern for them. There is stunted or no growth on role until the employee clamours for a change even if they are a high performer

Job security is very good for permanent employees

... should be more better. Option for home location should be available for opting. Same post same salary should be implemented.
