There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but carrer growth is slow there is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

...on table tennis etc .company policies are good .food facilities are very good .they give salary monthly to monthly and every yr bonus.

...d earn knowledge about Toyota production system(TPS),Toyota communication skill.and good working condition i;e team work in tkm and salary is also good.good work environmental and safety..and good commutation and food facility.totally it's a good automobile industry..tq u

I would like to tell about training..apprentiship tainees are not having a sufficient training about process i;e (sequence operation process)they don't have a good training..and all are in good condition to work in tkm and now a days work pressure is more..tq u.
