There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No proper leaves, heavy work timings.

Very much disliked about super multi tasking , if patient not coming pressurising staffs to go camp , no respect for staff

I dislike conflicts with the team members and colleagues. However, I am aware that these things are part of our working and human nature. For better outcome and progress we should learn to live with them too.
