Every year everyone get Bonus, Talking about job security, the best example is in Covid pandamic situation all other private organisations removed their own and permanent employees but Apollo hospitals no single empolie removed, and give increments. so Apollo hospitals just like Central Government.

No growth, there is very less salary increment. Even on PCI my salary is not incremented as it was said by the HR that it will be incremented but it's been 8 months now my salary is not been incremented after giving the PCI certificate
