There are so much things that i disliked and my experience was very TERRIBLE due to this. SO FIRST THING FIRST They do not have enough process trainers When we were in the training period, We mostly only being trained for 1,2 hrs and for rest of the hours The training rooms were not available, Think about it trs are not available how will you be training your candidates, Second Is About the HR's in this company So, the HR team is very rude, and they always carry a rude, arrogant face, (Not all) some are very good professional but possibility of that is 3/10 Specially the female staff they're always in a attitude and this is the experience of every candidate, The people who were giving interview with me, we've to roam around their to their just because of their bad management, HR they themselves do not know who do what and to whom we should send the candidate WE WERE LITTERALLY PRAYING TO GOD that plss let us go to from this interview building Third reason is THE PROCESS TRAINERS AS I TOLD they do not have enough process trainer so what they do is they hire a trainer from different processes and adjust them to a different processes the trainers themselves do not know about the process and they are learning from old trainers meanwhile our training, How can you EXPECT the candidate to get PASS in the last ACCRED VERY DISAPPOINTED FOURTH THING i would say is THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH SYSTEMS SO THAT THE TRAINEES CAN NAVIGATE THE TOOLS

I was there for more than 1 year...ws really satisfied in organization...if in future i will get the chance with good salary so i will definitely get back with the organization

Nothing was bad but somewhere salary date should be between 1 to 10 instead of 15

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I like about working at teleperformance that i build some key relationship with other and i have learnt some skills like how to any situation and building ralationship with customers and conveniencing others and balance our personal and professional life together also it made me self impedance. Thank for the apportunity.☺️☺️

The one worse thing that i really hate is salary the salary is very less than work affort for working.
