While virtual training can be effective for technical skills, it may not be as beneficial for developing soft skills - Due to aggressive competition, speed often takes precedence over quality. This leads to unreasonable contractual terms and a disconnect between promised deliverables and actual results

Good salary compared to other competitors.

On our week off too, we are worried about reporting day. Already pending work is there. Mentally it is very difficult because of mis management.

Job security, On Time salary, Medical insurance at resanble premium for 45 lakhs Group insurance coverage.

Mail is not accessible on own devices Useless HR doesn't respond anything on time.

I feel work culture, management, pay structure are good, I had seen many instances like people left the scb are willing to return to scb, here work life balance also very satisfied, no annoying bosses. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Politics are there every where not only in scb, biased towards few colleges also there. One big dislike in my view is, parents insurance, they are not offering parents insurance, family includes parents as well.

Only thing is, KLI don't pay satisfactory as compared to others
