Salary hike is not there, you have to please your senior's for correcting your salary. I joined max in 2012 at a salry of 2.88 and after 8 years my slaary was 3.88.see the inequality for the employee.

For the beginner itsgood to start with RBS but if one wants to make a career in bank then better move from here.

Salary is less , No cab now even meals also no.You have to pay for meal. No career growth people are in same position from more than decade. There should be change in middle and top management.
