1)Less scope for learning not much opportunities in terms of exploration in new tools 2)Subjective point but Management especially directors of my project are ill managed.

Good work space to experience in tcs as the company is good if the team members and team lead are good then it's great to work with tcs Thanks to the team that I have been working in tcs

Nothing as it seems to be good culture but regarding salary the increments won't happen immediately but it takes years to build an intrest and earn the increments as per my knowledge

Work - Life balance, Appreciation, Raise, Low salary and also it does not conduct employee welfare and fun activities.

Salary is always on time except sometimes.

Target given by company for appraisal are sometimes hectic. Increment is very less.
