Job is not education based. CA is sent for collection, non CA is doing credit work, law graduate is doing sale collection, non legal is doing court work. Its so confusing as to why this ? Lack of manpower. Etc.

The company is good in all respects. The salary comes on time. I never had to face any problem.

Dislikes

Whatever the problem was, it was that there was no schedule for the meetings, whenever the meeting felt like it, the online meeting would start, I personally did not find this method right and one more thing was putting pressure on the employees and increasing the workload.

...ow, Lack of operations Team support. Sourcing of Business through open market. Customer retention affected by product policy, even regular interest paying customer is affecting by policy (i.e) monthly interest payable scheme customer should pay interest 32 days if pay in 30 days principal only redeem and next interest doubling the interest percentage. Gold Appraiser come from outside so we waiting more than half day because operation Team can start KYC procedures After verification of Gold ornaments Purity by Appraiser. I definitely love the work culture and the leadership is also quite impressive not just with my department but with every other departments as well. Freedom to work is also a good thing, its your job you have to decide when to work and when to relax during the job. Most importantly is the cab service provided by the company.

Dislikes

Compensation part is quite low but otherwise there is no such thing to dislike the company.
