Working hours and HR roles are not upto the mark. They ask store managers for any type of decisions.

More then time hours every Thursday 12-14 hours but no benifits of extra times Unnecessarily visits evey months management only for good visits Not important of sale People leaving job because of to many times transfer in city We don't no where is i have to reporting tomorrow

Safety Prospectus, Organisation is very strict standards. Rest Culture of RIL is also good but not excellent. Punctuation of Staffs, Buses, Company Vehicle is very perfect.

Dislikes

Deduction of CTC under Salary is very High, Such as Medical Premium, PF Amount (Twice Side from Our CTC STR), diffrent types of Volunteers Taxs etc. Further Initial Guest House, is not standard. For Employees Township benefits of Reliance Industries is fully paused for SOLAR POWER PROJECT and O&M DEPARTMENTS.

Very toxic environment made by CM.heavy workloads, limited work-life balance, below-market compensation, and occasional poor management practices. Concerns include bureaucracy, lack of inter-departmental communication

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...
