Company is ok to work with. However there infrastructure is not good. Promotion policy is not good. Salaries are less. Work environment is ok, mostly depends upon how your manager behaves. Lastly, They have very limited parking slots.

Promotion policy, no learnings, they use employee and harass them for promotion. Salary hike is like you are asking too much.

Johnson controls has a competitive payout and salary structure. It allows space for employee growth and learning while ensuring job security and work life balance. Leadership and Hr are sensible and supportive

Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.
