Company is ok to work with. However there infrastructure is not good. Promotion policy is not good. Salaries are less. Work environment is ok, mostly depends upon how your manager behaves. Lastly, They have very limited parking slots.

Dislikes

Promotion policy, no learnings, they use employee and harass them for promotion. Salary hike is like you are asking too much.

Likes

Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

Option to explore new technology and as well as responsibility. Continuous training on new skills and development

Dislikes

...like Medical Insurance and Term Life insurance which is to be paid by employees. Salary not as per market standards.

Work culture is great. There is lot of effort & importance given to training & reskilling.

Dislikes

Pay package is not the best but ifs OK. Even after honestly working with your best efforts & good ratings, you will not get promotion unless you really push for it.
