Less salary as per market, management is not helpful, there are huge gap between corporate office and regional office.

Good to work for new graduates, You can easily balance worklife and personal life (further education).

...tics inside office, Cant find any future growth and can’t learn something new. Salary increase also less. Too much Life insurance pressure as third party product which’s mainly focus. Your boss give you threats if you are not reaching their expectations target as a termination.
