Although we have good package, but we didn't received any allowance for this Covid pandemic to set up Work From Home.

Salary is good. If you are good in Time management then work life balance won't be a challenge

You can see it as a job Or stepping stone for growth but can't see it as a secure career with any chance of job security.

The Compensation compared to other organisations less and Growth opportunity is very limited as you move up the ladder

The only thing that amazed me at ICE was its compensation and opportunity to freshers.

There were quite a good list like: 1) No work-life balance (Because of night shift + OT (Sometimes)) 2) No promotions for years 3) No great hike/increment, it's merely fixed 8% 4) Only 6 P.M to 6 A.M transport facility. (Similar companies are offering both ways) 5) Manager doesn't bother about you. 6) TL doesn't get in touch for months. 7) Illiterate folks continue leaking management shoes & get consecutive promotion, even double promotions. 8) Hiring freshers from prominent B-school for associate role for nearly 9 months at a cost of 24k (Are you kidding me) 9) HRs have concrete connections with B-Schools & institute, so they don't care about employees' referrals and bothering online application is too far.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow Rotational shifts which effects the work life balance
