Although it varies from team to team, in general there is work life balance, and the work culture is good. The usual standard facilities like food at the office, and cab services are available. The additional benefits like mobile phone reimbursement, fitness reimbursement are okay as well. There is a general sense of belonging to the company due to the satisfactory culture.

Dislikes

Promotions after IN3/4 are usually slow. Compared to other Tier 1 tech companies, the compensation is generally a bit lesser. The primary goal isn't Engineering Excellence but tech is more of a retail-enabler.

Dislikes

While the organization provides a supportive and encouraging work environment, there is room for improvement in the area of compensation, specifically with regard to salary hikes and increments. These adjustments do not always align with market trends or adequately reflect the contributions and performance of employees. Addressing this aspect could further enhance employee satisfaction and retention by ensuring that compensation is competitive and rewards individual and team achievements appropriately.

Good parts are Salary will be ontime, Leave policy is good . IJP options, Brand value is good.

Dislikes

Company and its operation policy are good but people Who are leading team are not capable enough to direct team according to company values and policies. Work life balance is critical in some of the projects. And it's transportation policy makes you loose your time atleast for 2hours in a day excluding travel time. Leads are not transparent in giving ratings, OT pay won't given on time and most of the time no full OT will be given ,if work extra 10 hours it will be given 1 or 2 hours based on the leads mood. Who ever is capable of doing work will get more work but not appreciated. Lack of carreer development. Favouritism.

Promotion is very late and salary hike also very less in terms of basics and work life balance is very poor and facing politics.
