People work in bankbazaar dont want to worry about their salary as promised it will be delivered to account every month without any delay, but your happines will go away when you enter into floor, it is a huge burden, the peroson who you report will not take care of any thing, & will not help you for any thing mainly on process related , but they expect great output, life is becoming hell

Your happiness will go away when you start working in floor, it is a huge burden, they make you more pressure , your team leader or no one will help you, but they expect great output every day, if you ask any thing they start dominate you and corner you or if they understand your situation start blackmile you interectly through process. It is a HUGE HELL

Too much working hours, No holidays on festivals ,No appraisal, too much politics,No job security,backend team and manager never support to give service out of the box they need only sales and sales then no need to teach lessons in training to give service like out of the box.Company not giving any respect to CRO
