Job Title: Customer Relations Officer
Experiences Required: Upto 1 year in International sales

Location: Noida, Sector 64, India
Position Overview:
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the programs of university to potential students, responding to inquiries from potential students on various programs, and identifying the appropriate programs to meet these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with prospective students and company stakeholders.
- End to end process flow management and process flow covering (Calling, Chats, Emails & Data management).
- Handling inbound queries from multiple channels, including telephone, email, and web chat.
- Understanding and awareness of documentation covering (VISA process, Tax filing and more)
- Making outbound calls to convert prospective student leads into applications for study.
- Ensure customer data is recorded accurately and in a timely fashion into all appropriate systems.
- Support the development of the student journey by identifying and reporting back on issues and trends.
- Cross selling our products.
- Inbound outbound sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is must
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Proven self-starter and problem solver.
- Must be deadline driven and goal oriented.
- Sales mindset & aptitude
- Exposure to International calling or global interactions
- A positive attitude and customer focused approach.
- Ability to act with tact, good judgment, and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate and interact with all individuals with integrity, empathy and sincerity.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Up to 1 year of experience in B2C/ B2B sales.
- Admission, visa, application processing knowledge or exposure will be good
- Must have a zeal to learn
