It has a great infrastructure and moreover the teachers are focused in every aspect to be perfect. The package is too good.

Dislikes

As the package is too good the school twists out each and every penny they pay you. You not only have to teach but decorate the flannel boards, decorate the school after the working hours for any occasion, tolerate the principal's unnecessary scolding before your students, be there more than the time they pay you, face the egoistic Principal and his spies in the staffroom and moreover if the person from Podar family suddenly enters the campus and asks students whether the teacher punishes you and if the answer is affirmative then you're fired on the spot.

Good salary and Incentives.There is no work pressure and timings are flexible. Company policies are good and it has a global reach.On the job training is given to new employees.

Salary is decent but sometimes it can be more and sometimes less.
