There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

no work life balance no proper manpower planing delay in material procurement pressure on controls department

Facilities are fair good enough like transport, canteen, medical reimbursement and health insurance coverage and working environment and working timings

Dislikes

Salary hike is not based on performance but based on personal relationship with HOD. Team work is not good. And internal working culture is bit political way of approach. Job security is also quite risky.

I was working in Alstom company as a site engineer ( contract base) and I learnt many new things like how to build confidence, group work strategy, good behave with other employees, how to finish work in short spell of time as well as Alstom is one of the best company to teach me many technics and international ideas regarding work. I fully thankfull to Alstom.
