GL was my first company and this place has given me only good experience. I have learnt and grown so much here. Work life balance is the best ever. I have never felt any sort of pressure. I was healthy and happy here. Although an employee's experience greatly depends on the team, organization also plays an important to give that kind of experience. They dont hesitate to spend money on employees and keep motivating by giving gifts for every small occasion.

Dislikes

Only thing I dislike is the fact that they pay less and there is negligible appraisal. For a fresher, since pay is not the most important thing, we can choose to ignore this point.

It is a Great Place to work. If you have low salary then that will be issue for you for growth but if you are earning enough then it is best place to work for

Depends upon project to projects some projects requires a specific time span of 8hrs rest some projects are very chill.

Compensation is less. Salary hikes are less.
