I learned much during this time.much about early childhood period and plans.i dealt with pre primaries as well as taking classes on art and craft.it gave me a lot to deal with upcoming events and opportunities in my life

I was not much satisfied with the salary according to the hard work I did.there was slow growth.

It is a healthy atmosphere to learn from higher authority. Soft skills, convincing and promotional skills have developed with this Association. It's a short and sweet time I had.

The Salary was not at satisfied level. Less growth opportunity.

DAV is a good school as in this pandemic situation too it's giving salary to teachers though being a school charging least fee in navi Mumbai. Teachers getting salary very late and in instalments but no regrets as they know fee structure of school is not strong and parents are not paying that also in this pandemic.

Dislikes

There is no system of professional growth like promotions . That is the only thing I dislike.

...work. Staff are very supportive and caring. There isa huge ground for children. They give good salary .

Every year interview for contractual teacher .

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
