I definitely love the work culture and the leadership is also quite impressive not just with my department but with every other departments as well. Freedom to work is also a good thing, its your job you have to decide when to work and when to relax during the job. Most importantly is the cab service provided by the company.

Dislikes

Compensation part is quite low but otherwise there is no such thing to dislike the company.

1) work life balance 2) caring and feedback keen top management 3) employee oriented organization

Dislikes

1) slow career growth 2) unable to match pay scale with outside organisations 3) limited learning opportunities

Likes

Salary on time and on 25th of every month, good incentives structure

Dislikes

No work life balance in sales, you get tortured on weekends also plus the growth stops once you rch a level of SRM. Rest things were fine.
