...a great diffrence... Team work make us to stand very confident in any situation. Salary is okay but cutoffs depends on our performance so we must give our best in all the ways.

Working is decent but growth and pressure depends definitely on how we work and how we accept them...I love to travel but it came down because of sudden visits to the office for meetings manier times made me little uncomfortable.

Simply I can tell in one sentence you'll learn life skills by your own. Working here is a very good experience Especially for freshers it's like a boon.

There no dislikes only my opinion is one is about the academic salary process and leave policy.

I like training sessions to learn more and travelling. I love to be in a good position wherever i am. So I used to get the toughest schools to work, I took it as a challenge and never made myself down

I don't like the salary growth, first year salary is ok being a fresher but in the second or more, there is no growth in salary part even though the work pressure is high.

...ment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the mangaement is excellent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and hi management doesn’t address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 9 months before which you cannot resign.
