I really love this because I learnt so many things .I learnt good communication skills and life skills . Those who are fresher's try to get a job in this but one you need to work in that only for one year it really mean your life turning point. It will build your personality and gives confidence that you can achieve any kind of job . You have a better future after working in ILM.

The only thing I dislike is this salary and leave policy. And this is a academic process and no job security. There are no on roll jobs.

There is a lot of politics and hi management doesn’t address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 9 months before which you cannot resign.

Seriously alot of politics in this company there is no respect to employee. No proper salary it's to dull
