management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparant. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work life balance lack then no pay for second and third shift doing employees. But it is mandatory to work in shifts without extra payout
