There is no job security if u are a Sales team leader. The management is very poor in making hiring decisions as they hire more number of people and then they start pressurizing people to resign to reduce team size.

Good work atmosphere the management is very much supportive.company policies are good appraisal are very fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

No hike on salary no extra pay for overtime only seniors are helpful Even after working for 2 years no increment or promotion just come do overtime work and go home
