In mahindra i learned lot because i am freesher. this is my first job. and i accept some more salary. growth is there and within a short period of time i will be DSM. Work environment is fantastic all the managers are close to me and evry situation they will help. and i handling ICV Sagment vehicals this is good experience for me. i am also new and in our company ICV sagment is also new. and we are manufacturing latest technology based trucks it helps to learn lot. thank you.

i think freshers they need some traing. and growth is also less because i work more than 12 hours within a day and meeting a clients. and also reciving a calls i got apprition by our coustomers but not our teamates.

...ge. Also policy is flexible so that bussiness volume is better than other NBFC. Salary sufficient and incentive is too good.company is growing fastly and making friendly environment arround thiere employee so we can say a great future we can build in this wonderfull company.

I seems that nothing is to dislike. We can manage every difficulty with our confident and skills. So all is well.

Company is good but in salary and incentive slab particular in two wheeler loan is very low, pressure is always to do business.
