Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

Policy and sales pressure as someone who want to learn more about wealth management and investment, I'm stuck in log-in days this learning curve is bad some Officers are treating customer as it's late 90s where they can move customer from counter to counter and delay paper work, not realising that it is also affecting other's efficiency as well. last but not least Transfer policy, not able to move to a desired location even if Mutual agreement is there

Mostly 90% people are ther belongs to tamilnadu there are not giving opportunities to other people of other state this is not so good

Salary structure, no training to new joinies, no updation from HO for any new guidelines, Poor HR, Very poor IT, Smelly and bad condition offices

Good culture..like a govt bank.. work well..no problem.. only problem is HR policies..no transpelarency and even hr people don't know about the policies..

Discrimination in pay between IBA Norms employees and CTC employees
