Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

Policy and sales pressure as someone who want to learn more about wealth management and investment, I'm stuck in log-in days this learning curve is bad some Officers are treating customer as it's late 90s where they can move customer from counter to counter and delay paper work, not realising that it is also affecting other's efficiency as well. last but not least Transfer policy, not able to move to a desired location even if Mutual agreement is there

Verbal abuse by seniors. Un achievable targets, frequent transfers. Threatening seniors

This field is related to finance. Without experience also we could join there. People help there a lot.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure was very high.
