Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

Policy and sales pressure as someone who want to learn more about wealth management and investment, I'm stuck in log-in days this learning curve is bad some Officers are treating customer as it's late 90s where they can move customer from counter to counter and delay paper work, not realising that it is also affecting other's efficiency as well. last but not least Transfer policy, not able to move to a desired location even if Mutual agreement is there

... learn here. Just like other banks, work pressure is always there at every post. Salary is satisfactory. There is unity among staff members.

A lot of pressure for marketing of third party products.

Paying regular Salary, Job security, E-learning course conducted, Not allowed to travel, Staffs are allowed to work near by branches.

Promotion based on your performance.no bonus,ex-gratia,incentives.No regulated working hours.if you perform you will be in job else you will be expelled from job.Old generation private sector bank is changed to pure corporate bank.Employee unions are there for name sake.Everybody should obey HR orders.No external influence on transfers permitted.if u perform u will get transfer after 3 years.Continuous performance is examined.If u lag u will get transferred to north india

no work-life balance,no job security,compensation are not in favour of employee,skill development is very very less.Pure corporate bank.
