Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

Policy and sales pressure as someone who want to learn more about wealth management and investment, I'm stuck in log-in days this learning curve is bad some Officers are treating customer as it's late 90s where they can move customer from counter to counter and delay paper work, not realising that it is also affecting other's efficiency as well. last but not least Transfer policy, not able to move to a desired location even if Mutual agreement is there

Verbal abuse by seniors. Un achievable targets, frequent transfers. Threatening seniors

The indian armu is open organisation and readily adopts latest technology .i love the fact that i was the par5 of very honest organisation from last thirty years. As a result i travelled through out the india like bangalore pune jammu and kashmir kolkata allahabad and delhi. One plus point my collegous comes from various parts of the country and their is castelism. Indian army support me to become a good team leader

...tu, personal securit, store and lge security..and becone 3xcellent team leader . Indian army paid me a excellent package with free ration electrity and married accommodation
