Uncertainty regarding the job. You will be in job and salary will be credited but they delay in giving extention paper. As per their requirements they will make you work and suddenly they will end the contract.

They don't follow holiday calender released by HO. You don't have any appraisal or promotion regularly it nearly once in 3 years.Company says they will give bonus every year but you don't get any bonus.No work life balance as you have to work 7 days a week and NO OTs are paid even Sundays are not paid days but you have to work for free on sundays.

Timely salary. Good food. Provide leave with out salary cutting.

Horrible management and incharges. Bengali politics. Worked in marine field, terrible working hours. Worked plant and maintenance department horrible incharge and bad culture like labours. Uneducated person sitting on top positions..

PLR not good for site team. Promotion also not good if you are working as a site engineer, since, promotion is depend on PLR points.

Very low salary hikes and promotion delayas even after giving 12 years to company a JE could not be promoted forward that a bad thing,Poor work life balace,No accomodation foe new comers, Inapropriate behavaiour of management.
